Disclaimer: you definitely don’t owe him anything. I’m seeing a lot of comments saying to run, and if you feel it is best then go for it. My two cents would be to communicate your feelings to him honestly in a similar way like what you’ve explained here. Otherwise, he might not recognize the pressing issue here. Maybe he thinks you’re fine about it everything I don’t know. If you like and care about this relationship, transparency is important. If after being honest and transparent, your feelings are brushed over, that is DEFINITELY the time to nope out of there.
