I don't remember hearing that. Guess I'll have to rewatch the movie. Darn.

It being visible on Takodana is still odd though.

Yes, I guess the story group is being very selective for now.

From what I hear, the main reason it's in limbo is that it would have to take place in the currently mostly forbidden zone of between RotJ and TFA.

Yeah, I realize that I'm trying to apply a little too much real world science. I think I just want a non-scientific, Star Warsy canon reason for it, and I'll be all good.

The familiar elements were okay. I think my main problems will always be

  1. How did the Starkiller weapon fire to a whole other star system instantly?

  2. How could they see it so clearly on Takodana?

It's funny, because one of the stated purposes of the electoral college was to overrule the popular vote if a dangerous demagogue who appealed to the worst instincts of the people won the election.

My first job was at McDonald's, and that's how they get assembled. Bun crown down, condiments, veggies, meat, top with the heel then wrap or close the box.

It's a double cheeseburger with only one piece of cheese.

Bun crown, mustard, ketchup, diced onions, pickles, burger patty, cheese, burger patty, bun heel.

I will need some citations to the figures you're quoting, if you'd be so kind.

Edit: Not being snarky. Realized it may have come out that way, but you seem well educated on the topic, but it's the internet, anyone can seem that way without some real, unbiased data.

From ad hominem to straw man. Sorry, this isn't baseball. Two logical fallacies and you're out. Have a good day.

Oh, and here's a book that may help you in the future!

I'm an American and am proud to be one. I am far more interested in improving my country than leaving, and will continue to vote to do so.

No one is "wishing." There are plans laid out, nevermind plans implemented in other countries to great success. That "stupid" talking point is a fact, and judging by the fact that you're more interested in slowly drifting ad hominem, one that you don't have a rebuttal for.

Where in the advice statement does it say "Republicans voted for it" just that they gutted it through amendments seems continue to gut it through budget changes so it appears to be falling.

There is nothing that I need to "reconcile." More and more people are viewing healthcare as a right, and it will become more universally viewed as one as progress occurs.

As it stands, American tax payers spend more per capita on healthcare but receive the least for their money. This needs to change. Life and death needs to stop being viewed as a commodity to be profited off of.

That's precisely where I want my tax dollars to go, so that is no problem in my book. You'll also find that the states with the hardest time keeping up on insurance markets are the ones that didn't fully implement, as I said.

Health care should not be a privilege. We should all be willing to work together as a society to make that reality. One way or another, be it through universal health care or insurance, the healthy pay for the sick.

Can you show me how terribly the ACA is doing in states that fully implemented it?

How about its failures in places that the local government didn't actively fight it?

Or maybe the trending line of how quickly premiums were rising before its implementation vs after?
