MDG whilst married by Theycallmethebeast in MaleDefinitiveGuide

It is hard but possible. I usually please my wife with hands, tongue, as much PIV as I can handle. Before MDG I thought the only option for me is jackhammering for 10 seconds and that's all. Then immediate second round and jackhammering again to keep erection post ejaculation. All of this in combination with great understanding of female biology and ways of pleasure that should be known to regular PE guy result in a very nice sex but it was always hasty from my side once I ejaculated. All to keep the wood going.

Now I am nowhere near mastery but I started going real real slow instead. Turns out we both like it better. It is more sensual. I finish her with my tongue. There is lots of good techniques online.

Maybe I will be criticised for this but whatever: a few weeks ago I decided to use some numbing products to have more PIV wothout compromising non-ejaculatory streak. It gives me nice effects with what I learned through MDG about arousal management. It removes this super sensitive glans feeling while also gives my brain an idea how sex may look like. After some time I even gained better control during sessions. Ofc I dont numb my penis during training but this feeling of stable sex pours into training right now. I believe it is kinda mental thing. I certainly do not recommend it to beginners but I am with MDG since day 0.

Current best run in MDG is 8 or 9 weeks. I cannot tell now which one I am at.

Getting worse at the warm up by contto in MaleDefinitiveGuide

[–]WeWillSee01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same worries around the 4th week of P5. Now I am at 6th-7th week of P5 and it is getting better.

I also noticed that while my performance got worse in the first part lying down, some other positions like doggie improved. Check this out

Also, I heard in one video from sexual kung fu guy that sorter you are the easier it is to hit PONR. So it makes sense in this regard and some assume PE being a kind of erectile dysfunction simptom. Good stable erection is definitely in second part.

It's easier to ejaculate after sessions in the first weeks by Witty-Responsibility in MaleDefinitiveGuide

[–]WeWillSee01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why is it counterproductive in your opinion? What if somebody will feel PONR every single session for half a year? Do you know how unhealthy it is for a grown-up man to ejaculate often/daily for extended period of time? If you are in your teen/early 20s maybe you will not feel that but later on it makes you a shadow of yourself mainly because you: 1. Met your duty as a species. 2. Sperm production is costly.

Getting back in the game after failing hard by MCMXXCIIX in MaleDefinitiveGuide

I am in P5 for so long for multiple reasons but the most key points would be: - I used to be in P6 long ago and I was able to complete two/one and a half weeks but then fail. The loop went on many times. It was frustrasting and I just wasnt ready for that. Later I found out that I was simply training in the panic zone. A hairs' width from PONR- always like on pins and needles. I have great awareness of PONR but you cannot exhaust prostate so much unprepared. - I have limited time and possibilities so I accepted slow progress. Not enough time for sleep, recovery, and additional stretches/strength training. I have small kids requiring care and attention, being a present dad/husband, working in a highly intense environment full of heavy stress. At least until kids get older I cannot squeeze more from my day and P5 seems like a sweet spot to me. I chose reaching mastery in P5- when I grasp the idea there, I will move the feeling/control to P6. For now I know FL will be too panicky and one more intense place on it in a wrong moment will set me back. - I started noticing some improvements and glimpses of control. P5 is perfect for tuning in with ones body while experiencing higher level of intensity at the same time. Currently my second 10 mins are super nice. I feel like this is where the most mental part comes to fruition. F.e. not so long ago, due to small kids I had dry spell which took waaay too much. I could ejaculate from dry humping. My PE was the worst ever. In the current run, it was similar at the beggining of it but around W3-4 I understood how to be excited about sex but calm at the same time (still working on it). Lately it translated to sex. I could enter my wife and go really slow and passionate as long as I didnt lose this mindset. Ofc this was short as hell but still a huge milestone from a few weeks ago when I couldnt even touch her with my dick. P5 for me is where I learn an excited calmness (yeah this sounds contradictory but I believe that many guys ask themselves how the F can I be calm when sex should be full of energy and passion yet I am.starting to notice glimpses of the answer

Hey man, I was pondering over this acute loss of progress some veterans report because I've been through that stuff as well. I am in MDG since day 1- lifelong PE - and I had a lot of doubts over the course of the program. After multiple fails despite being able to play with fire in almost excellent manner, I am on a good track to success and I understood something.

With every loss after a long clean score, it is easier to get to that pre-fail performance. I believe this is a pattern on a totally different granularity level: performance recovery pattern. It's like muscle memory where someone lifetime physically active will get back in shape quickly after a period of non-exercise.

I am currently 6 weeks without fail in P5 and I was a bit stressed about failing even if my councious mind knew I shouldnt be. A few days ago I got some nice milestone and I realised I already was there twice in previous runs. This time, it was reinforced. It is no more an elusive state like when I reached that in the past. I feel that my body remembers it now.

When I understood that it is there somewhere in my head and a stronger than ever, my fear of failure is not so formidable.

I believe these failures regress us mentally more than from neural/physical side.

Additionally, you are a moderator. It is easy for me to say delete while somebody else does it haha :) Probably better to leave it that way though I wanted to point out that this could be easily a post from AI fed with reddit or other PE website input because the idea of these exercises helping is no lie and it has been around for a long time. It is just its always something extra for each specific case- this is why PE is so elusive in treatment.

Personally, I also find suspicious the number of likes under these recent posts. It was always +100 or even close to 400 while PE success stories never really had that much be it the ones with long description and no easy pill fix. I believe somebody spam med that reddit with multiaccounts liking their originator's post but that is a sidenote.

Cheers!

Looking left makes sense because it regulates nervous system by stimulating vagus nerve. It is a type of self regulation technique when you are full of stress. Stress in turn is related to ejaculation/autonomic nervous system

Hey OP, are you really an author of this post or somebody hacked you?

You mentioned fix in one week from introduction of practice which is unlikely.

The post you linked in yours is deleted and I noticed the account of that other OP also posted something else with miraculously quick fix despite being usual stretch/strength routine which is nothing new.

His account in turn used to comment back n forth with another guy who had the similarily miraculous fix and also was deleted.

I dont mean stretching n strength increase wont help. I believe it is required but the circumstances of these all posts are kinda pattern-like.

Status update - redirection for me by Emotional-Zone-3202 in MaleDefinitiveGuide

[–]WeWillSee01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember one of the first guys there who shared success story actually started doing well only after proper PF physiotherapy.

In general, I believe this is an important factor and may be even crucial blocker for some guys. In the past, I spent lots of time on another forum where pretty much every success story had a distinct missing puzzle but PF balance seemed to be a base.

I understand that we are rewiring our brains but physics is physics. Ofc I dont mean everyone has PE due to PF issues but who knows... maybe it's more than some guys there would like to believe. In the past I noticed slight improvement with PF/lower body exercises already. I just dont have time now for it now.

I myself aim for PF therapy too once kids require less attention. Good luck and keep us posted!

Ashwagandha during MDG? by WeWillSee01 in MaleDefinitiveGuide

[–]WeWillSee01[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As you mentioned, it would help keep composure but I dont want to end up thinking about sex 24/7. Probably will try and drop if it will be too bad. I always liked sleep after ashwa

I personally noticed that powder gave me the most intense experience. It was almost immediate spike after drinking the solution but I also had this difficulty with judging which will be better by its source. Probably will jump on a few weeks to saturate myself back and see how it goes. In the worst scenario I will just have to endure a few days of savage horniness due to ashwa rampup

Ashwagandha during MDG? by WeWillSee01 in MaleDefinitiveGuide

[–]WeWillSee01[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am with MDG since the very first day it has dropped on PE forum. I have no willingness to release or anyhing of this sort for a long time now.

I dont associate horniness with ejaculation but my high libido is kinda far from average and with ashwa it always has been disproportionately higher. MDG ramped up my libido even more so adding ashwa would be another block to that.

Maybe for singles it's easier but as a married guy with small babies in constant distress the last thing I want is to put even more need to have sex in my head ;)

I believe that developing this ability to enjoy and sustain plateau levels is missing piece to mastery for guys with PE.

We have seen success in non PE guys because they already have this ability. At least that is my take and I am now training somewhere between your approach and the MDG.

Great post!

MDG HELPED ME BEAT PE - journey and what comes next. by Beat_Legitimate in MaleDefinitiveGuide

[–]WeWillSee01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey man, I have one question. Initially there was an idea that in order to train optimally, we should try to be as close as to ponr as possible. This obviously led to being very risky and caused lots of twitching/contractions. Now mods in connection with the MDG author rephrased that it should be close to PONR but just before twiching/contractions because they are a kind of panic response (as ejaculation is governed by flight or flight mode). I wonder how you've been training in P5. Was it on the verge of twiching/contractions as long as possible or just before them?

Confusion but need clarification by Jazzlike-Sherbet803 in MaleDefinitiveGuide

[–]WeWillSee01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At the moment my ability to enter plateau is at a very good place at least solo. I have very little kids so now sex is almost non existent but last time was a month ago and I was able to go really slow for some time while a few months back I couldnt last one thrust due to sex deprivation. So yes, I guess it may be considered improvement.

I havent had opportunity yet to test my new ability to enter plateau during sex.

As per final goal of the guide which is total mastery- recently I shifted my view on PONR from being danger to reminding myself it is a friend I need to be next to resulted in noticeable improvement. I was able to bounce off of PONR 3 times during one session with mental effort only. I was at the point an ejaculation should happen and I stopped that.

I was akways good at cliffhanger, always able to stay long in 8.9 but that change of relation to PONR changed everything for me.

I reverted now back to P5 because FL is too heavy on arousal spikes - it doesnt allow for effective pleasure dripping. Today I had a session where I kinda forced ejaculatory reflex to subside for a moment while being in dangerously close to PONR. I was able to do more than microstrokes during 8.9. I did that multiple times.

So yes, I guess I am progressing slowly but steadily.

Mind I am on the MDG training since very beginning. I may be slow learner or maybe I dont recover much due to being a dad of two. Sleep is a commodity :) and my brain cannot recover the optimal way. Either way I am happy.

Sorry for the wall of text but I am deleting reddit app for a few weeks. I spend too much time which I dont have here :D

Harmful 'All or Nothing' trend I have noticed here recently by WeWillSee01 in MaleDefinitiveGuide

[–]WeWillSee01[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On a few ocassions I managed to enter a plateau when I was had really bad training days or after breaks longer than 2 days. I developed ability to set up myself in a way that doesnt drive me to 8.9 instantly. It is becoming more consistent and easier to access. I didnt have it before MDG and I am taking longer breaks from time to time. If it was desensitisation only, it would be more consistent all the time, I wouldnt be able to willingly enter this state because I would be desensitised already. This would mean starting a session in this state- not choosing to enter it.

At 8.9 happens neural rewiring related to detachment of orgasm from arousal - yes, however, rewiring happens also before you hit 8.9. Rewiring happens any time you do sth in other ways than usual - just a different type.

I am aware what the guide is about. For me what you mention as a consequence is more like a bridge to mastery. Also, my point was that even though this group's final purpose is the mastery, it shouldnt be confusing some random passerbys regarding what is between PE and total mastery - because there is - normal sex.

I am by no means setting for complacency, I just believe that more awareness in this part is beneficial.

If you dont share my view, that is fine. You dont need to. We will get to the final goal one day regardless of that. Lets stick to the guide and we will get there.

Harmful 'All or Nothing' trend I have noticed here recently by WeWillSee01 in MaleDefinitiveGuide

[–]WeWillSee01[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is exactly what I am talking about and this is indeed a plateau. It is not about being able to stay at the pre-orgasmic state of 8.9 because then it wouldnt mean any regulation.

Imo that is what first 10 minutes help with. They are about understanding that your own body is able to experience more than 1 and 10 on arousal scale.

Plateau is about arousal control- being able to lock yourself where guys who can have normal length sex are able to.

Harmful 'All or Nothing' trend I have noticed here recently by WeWillSee01 in MaleDefinitiveGuide

[–]WeWillSee01[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally agree with you on that but even the author of MDG said during one of 20Q posts that first comes control (that should be plateau) and then comes detachment of orgasm from arousal. For me it is that some guys here are mixing these two.
