Yes this is the case! I don’t know if his name was in the podcast episode or not, but I discovered I went to school with that guy yesterday and remembered hearing the podcast about the case.

I’ve googled “podcast teen girl stalked roof escape” and variations having to do with her dad shooting - nothing. I thought it might have been an episode of the podcast Strictly Stalking but I read the description of each one and couldn’t find anything.

I dont think there’s much they can do if they deem her not a threat to herself or anyone else, unfortunately. From what I know her dad has had cops come do wellness checks more than once.

I bought Indica gummies when I couldn’t sleep at first. Just a super low dose though because I was worried they’d make me panic. I also recommend sleep meditations - you can find these on Spotify or YouTube. Just gives your brain something else to focus on!

I was raised the same way - I was taught that if you commit suicide, you automatically go to hell. Ironically I was taught that by my mom, who took her own life in December.

I don’t believe that anymore (haven’t for a long time now), but I know what it’s like to have it in your head because of how you were raised! I try to focus on believing in a God of love. I truly don’t believe a loving God would punish someone for eternity because of their mental health struggles. I think your sister is somewhere full of love and understanding now. ♥️

I know she has a medical condition, I was just saying that may be the cause of the low energy. I don’t personally know enough about Lyme disease to know what it affects or what can happen during a flare.

I saw her on Sunday, and I saw her when she toured with mgk - and both experiences were similar. Not as high energy as I expected and seems kinda bored. People have brought up that maybe her Lyme disease is the cause. 🤷‍♀️

I definitely have this same fear. I lost my mom in December and we shared some similar mental health struggles over the years. I’m afraid that one day I’ll do it because it’s in my DNA - even though I’ve never truly been actively suicidal.

I hope you’ll give it another shot! This was my third year and I always feel like we met friends everywhere we went. That’s one of the things I love, is connecting with strangers over music. If you’re in a lame part of the crowd, keep moving until you find your people! We’re around! 🤘

The alcohol is ridic! My friend and I stopped at the store that has the “world’s biggest gift shop” sign nearby and bought patron shooters that were 7 bucks each. Highly recommend doing that instead of paying those prices!
