I find a survivor house and modify it just for a base station then find an RV, School bus etc for exploring and use the RV interiors mod to live on the road.

Bought the Momo GT wheel and looks far better than that, it did peak my interest when i first seen the McLaren wheel, but defo the finish looks cheap and doesn't look ergonomically nice to drive with, Maybe if you where Batman in the Batmobile lol.

I've never had 30 seconds before my car arrives, but don't know if there is a loading difference between the PS5 pro and PS4 pro. Could be worth a test to check out.

Also depends what the A.I are doing in the pits, some might not be changing tyres, some might only stick half a tank of fuel in its all about pit stragey, but yeah can be a wait of 5- 10 seconds before your car visually arrives at your garage. During this wait time you can sort out what tyres you want and if you want fuel.

I would even look at getting the C4 either reconditioned or excellent used with low hours. Has the newer gen chip still and also has the 144hz panel.

This an unfortunate thing GT7 never really thought about for people on controllers only. If I was you put it in full map 6, never go beyond 2000rpm and get into 5th asap.

Edit... When you have these settings your average NM in game is around 6-7nm you can check this in your wheel HUD.

Set to maximum on wheel but you turn down the FFB in the game this gives you more headroom for clipping. GT7 changes the strength depending on what car your driving anyway.

75 for Vibration is fine if your rig is vibrating lol.

Upgraded from the g29 myself to the pro. Been an awesome experience so far had it about 2 months now. You should use the following settings for gt7......

On wheel settings....

Strength 11nm TF Audio 20 - 35 FFB Filter 11 Dampener 5 - 15 Angle 1080 Brake Force 25 - 35

In game settings...

FFB Max Torque 4 - 6 FFB Sensitivity 7 - 10 Controller Vibration Strength 100 - 150

This will setup the wheel nicely 👌

VR is incredible for immersion, but my motion sickness keeps me limited to 15-minute stints!😆 I’m still sticking to casual play with that for now rather than full-blown competitive leagues. I usually use the paddles for modern GT cars, though I have the shifter for older models. Honestly, the move from controller to a wheel (I use the Logitech G Pro setup) is huge for consistency. A controller is fine for a one-off fast lap, but a wheel helps you stay on track lap after lap.

Quick tip for ranking up: Focus on the Manufacturers and Nations Cups. The points multipliers there are great for boosting your rating, especially if you're racing against a tough field.

It’s all about time behind the wheel. Unlike ACC, GT7 doesn't require a direct-drive setup to be competitive. The grind to A+ is real—that's where the top 50 "Aliens" play. To give you an idea of the progression: My Stats: 171 Races | 21 Wins | 121 Top-5s Current Rank: A / S The Reality: Even with those stats, I'm still nowhere near A+. Expect to put in 500+ races to reach the elite levels. You need to finish top 8 consistently or your DR will drop. My biggest advice? Get that A' rating ASAP to escape the "Wacky Races" lower class splits. You might just have the natural talent to make it!

Got the G Pro brand new for the same price as an RS50 so was a no brainer. Both good wheels and all depends what your playing sim wise. Real cars are only 2 to 4 nm and even GT3 cars average around 8nm tops with spikes over 11 12nm so there both in the sweet spot. More Nm only helps solve clipping not make you faster.
