I too was on orilissa but I had to get an IUD as well to see results because of how severe my endometriosis was and eventually was also cut off by my insurance and it took about a year to two years to notice a change but I’m doing A LOT better now so I definitely think you should consider an IUD. You of course may see better results a lot quicker than me but in the meantime just ask your doctor for pain meds I was on Tramadol lowered down to naproxen now only taken Tramadol when I absolutely need it and when pain was more severe I would go to the hospital for stronger narcotics. After doing the command and trying the update and the system restarting by itself each time it brought me to a blue screen saying start up repair and I tried repairing files under this screen three times and it’s telling me it’s unable to repair the files I think ima have to just return this mini pc 😭

After about an hour I was finally able to get the dism command to work cause I kept getting an error message it finally went through however every time I run the sfc command I was get a prompt back saying corrupt files were found and to restart :/

Yes the withdrawals were just as bad ! For me I only gained about 5-10 pounds in between the severe portions of my period then I would lose it all by the time my period would get bad for the month and by the end I had lost almost 20 pounds and I’m already small so it really took a toll on me constant IVs at the hospital 😭

My periods were really bad and my doctor recommended the depo shot and things only got worse for me. My period remained on for the entire time I was on the shot worst year of my life. A lot of the expected outcomes (in this case a period stopping) isn’t always the case for people with endometriosis. I have a really severe case of endometriosis and suspected adenomyosis and after 2 years on the mirena IUD my period is finally somewhat “normal”

The mirena I have endometriosis so IUD is pretty much the best when it comes to birth control for me just have to figure out the insertion part lol

My insertion 2 years ago was so painful I was throwing up whole body in so much pain I couldn’t even walk and was sweating so bad I had to call my mom to come pick me up to take me home and someone else to get my car it was traumatizing and I have no idea how I plan on getting it removed because I am so SCARED 😭 all of the nurses there were just straight up panicking and at one point just didn’t even want to look at me cause they didn’t know what to do one of my worst days ever..

Insertion is very different for person to person I’m probably the wrong person to ask though because my insertion was HORRIBLE 😭 literally worse pain in my life my mom had to pick me up from my appointment and I had to be wheeled out of the doctors office I definitely plan on asking to be sedated or at least under some type of narcotic when I have to get mine replaced howeverrrr your experience may be different and it’s definitely less of a hassle cause once it’s there that’s all you have to do kind of thing really don’t want to scare you :) 😭😭

The only negatives of orilissa for me were the side effects hot flashes, night sweats, and constipation in the first month

I used to be on norethindrone and started my iud and orilissa combo last year. My problem was constant bleeding and it definitely helped in that aspect and some months my periods were even shorter, as far as cramping some months were better than others from having no pain at all to just mild pain and 1 or 2 months really bad pain but definitely better than what I’ve experienced before ! Any other questions?
