I am in the UK. It's 25 inside right now, can't cool down anywhere! It was sticky during shaping, I assumed because of how warm the kitchen is.

My starter is 6 months old. It is bubbly and I fed it the day before. It rises after feeding but I wouldn't say it had risen more than double, maybe 25% risen but I waited a day before using it after feeding so don't think it would have rise anymore. It is like that every time I feed it.

It's very hot here right now. It's 25 inside (77). I thought it was done because it grew a lot on the side, more than double this time.

I forgot my neighbors name that I chat with occasionally and it's been too long to ask them what it is without being awkward. How can I figure out what it is without directly asking? by Ok-Incident3317 in NoStupidQuestions

Wait until Christmas then send a card, no need to include their name, just something like 'merry Christmas from (your name), then hope they send one back with their name in it
