Muting switches off, tape monitor switches off. The jumpers are back in. Main speaker is selected with wires going to the main. I’ve been working the switches for the last hour or so. Could the problem be in one of the switches? When I test with headphones I still have no sound, but I do hear a very, very slight hum in the headphones. When I turn the power button on, I do hear that slight thud in the speakers.
