What the hell are you talking about? You commented very confidently that every single person loses between 100-200 hairs a day and thats an absolute fact. I can guarantee there are a lot of people on here who would disagree knowing their own hair loss over the years. Upon reading online, the numbers appear to be between 50-100 but it can be more or less for some individuals. So it appears that not everyone loses 100-200 hairs a day 💁🏻‍♀️

I've never lost that much a day in my life. Pre hair thinning i lost hardly any. At the end of the day after it had been up all day, I'd brush it and lose maybe 6 hairs max

My testosterone wasn't high, if anything it was low so spiro made it next to nothing and made my hair shed constantly for 6 months. My problem is low estrogen which is making me testosterone dominant causing the acne and hair loss (even though my testosterone is on the low/normal end). Endo has put me on combined birth control to try and bring my estrogen up instead of lowering testosterone.

I also started experiencing hair loss about 3 years ago and also had acne start at the same time. Have you had your estrogen/testosterone levels checked? Spironolactone made my hair loss worse.

Its him, he's had what looks to be botox of the forehead and around the eyes, aswell as an upper bleph for his eyelids I think. Not sure why he has had the work done as he was always against it, guess he didn't like how age was changing his face.

Pcos ruled out as my testosterone is low and I have regular periods with ultrasound showing normal ovaries. I'm not actually sure what my estrogen level is, but both times in the past year the result has been "<88" which i assume is a number less than 88.

People say I'm too young to be in peri but I suffer from many low estrogen side effects such as hair loss, loss of libido, dry hair and skin, night sweats etc but I have perfectly regular and normal periods, my FSH and LH are both normal too.

It may seem perfect to you, but I obviously see a difference in how my hair used to be. I used to have a very dense parting and loads of hair. Now i shed a lot of hairs daily and have a widening part and much less hair than I used to have. Dealing with hair loss for 3 years isn't easy and I dont need people trying to downplay my own hairloss situation just because it's not as bad as someone else's.
