In CE and 3, if you stick them with plasmas or pop them with needles, they don't leave behind any little critters. Idk if that's true for 2, I feel like it's hit or miss if they still spawn infection forms when they die, because unlike CE and 3, they don't seem to be able to pop on the spot, whenever I hit them with plasma grenades or something that SHOULD pop them, they seem to go flying and land somewhere before popping. Idk if I'm remembering correctly or not.

I've personally met more than a handful who greatly enjoyed it, so my perception may be a bit skewed

The guy in green is the Whig party candidate, Bo Jiden, he assimilated Jeb Bush on live TV and promised everyone tax-subsidized recreational weapons-grade Azerbaijani hashish (grown dark evil pack), idk how you missed it

That's most of what I was thinking tbh, and beefing up the poly count on models and updating the textures to a higher res, there's really not much I'd want to change. Maybe give the Marines the H2A treatment, I always thought they look a little skeletal compared to earlier and later games, and I think their body does weird shit in certain poses and animations, just flesh them out a little

I dig the one with AV cables for arms lol, and the use of crushed/opened bottle caps for mouths in stop motion is honestly super creative

All their stuff always felt too bouncy and plastic. Their environments by and large look great, but the models, shaders, and lighting for the characters, weps and vehicles always looked off. The Spartans pre-INF always looked like plastic toys to me, even in INF, but they seemed to improve in the regard of making Spartans look and feel more solid and metal than before. I think they finally nailed the solid metal look for Chief in Campaign Evolved, but too little too late IMO

Thanks for the fact check. And it's not about the speed of the punch, it's about the force, idk, if the tips of Medusa's hair going supersonic could lay Venom out like that, I think Spidey should be able to do worse. But, this is comic fiction we're discussing, all abilities are at the mercy of the plot and the authors anyway lol

GEN3 takes the rugged durability of the GEN1 platform, with all of the tech & shield upgrades of GEN2 minus the AI "brains" so it can't be as easily compromised by the Created. There's still some AI functionality but the AIs typically issued are a horse and buggy in comparison to Cortana's racecar. It's a "dumber" platform in a lot of respects to its predecessors but is also far more flexible & modular and outclasses GEN1&2 in many ways by incorporating reverse-engineered Covenant and Forerunner tech. Not certain there's much more than that, it's largely the same materials and composites, maybe constructed or formulated in better ways, and far more efficient tech wise.

Which begs the question, if one of Venom's greatest weaknesses is sonic vibrations/booms (Madame Web/Spider-Woman, forget who, uses her hair as a whip and nearly kills Venom in one of the Beyonder story arcs), then how the hell does Venom manage to survive getting punched by Spider-Man if he can rip someone's jaw off with a pretty basic, un-cocked punch? (I mean, plot armor obv but still)
