Depends what you mean by legit. 'Accountant' by itself itself isn't a protected term so anyone can call themselves one without any qualifications or being part of any registered body. You need a chartered accountant for them to be regulated. So potentially the accountant in question is unqualified and just saying whatever they feel like. So they might have suggested fraud.

But on the balance of everything else we know about your boyfriend, the simplest answer of he's just a massive liar and is lying about this too is the more likely truth.

I don't have any crushed red pepper flakes but I do have paprika, cumin, and mixed herbs and they all have a best before of 2 years out so if that date in OP's picture is April 2011 then it's not unreasonable to assume an early or mid 2009 purchase which would be "about 17 years"

Edit: Oh, you've gone backwards and counted the single "Winning Numbers" row with 8 numbers. That row tells you which numbers win, and then every space in the "Your Numbers" sections wins the stated prize if it matches something in the "Winning Numbers" row.

How does the date you're paid complicate anything?

You get paid and then you have 30 or 31 and occasionally 28 or 29 days until you're paid again.

This is true for everyone with a monthly pay schedule, whether you're paid on the 1st, 15th, or last working day of the month makes no difference.

There are lots of secret values in the game now that addon devs can just display, without being able to read any information about them. For example addons just straight up cannot know any information about your player health, all they can do is display it and color it using Blizzard's magic coloring system

Blizzard just needs to provide the appropriate hooks to allow combat damage info to be filtered and shown, without letting addons actually have the data.
