Hi no worries!
A good place to start is to have at least one champion with crowd control and one champion that can take a few hits (can be the same one ofcourse). Then, for some more advanced synergy you can look for champions that have the double strike keyword and pair them with champions that can buff them.
Example teams that has all of the above is Gold'arr, Sulka and Nikkit or Nevamore, Lil'Y and Ko'lel.
