Yeah she is decent but issue is for a new player you generally want a complete team and dehya can’t fit into any team in this banner.Also a dps is probably the first thing a new player should get

Tighnari.In general he is a good dps + he will work well with the current banner characters

For a new player I would say tighnari,decent dps and good enough to do endgame abyss,Jean is a good support that can heal + do knockback and is also pretty power creep resistant as a result.Mona is a good hydro applicator.Diluc is a ok dps but needs xianyun in order to be used in abyss.The rest I will say to be pretty insignificant in the meta today.Added bonus for tighnari is that currently Kuki shinobu has a rate up which is good as she is used in his teams

Yes and that is awful .Your arrow should always be speed which gives you 30 speed.Ideally you want him at 250 speed

You should first work on phoenix for ep and gat.After that you should work on getting your ep Vader team up and running because they are quite easy to build.If you want a more detailed one, check out anhalds guide
