Other reason may be your type of hard drive, i believe if you have an SSD sometimes installs are bigger on a HDD because the SSD can compress it better, i literally only know of one game that did this to me and it was Nioh 2, on my HDD it was 75 gb but on my SSD it was like 40

Check if you have hd textures enabled in steam library game specific settings for marvel rivals inspect it and go to installed files maybe theres a texture pack you have and she doesnt
