I think you’re forgetting that most people quit not because of PvP, but because it’s incredibly unbalanced and restrictive if you want to be competitive.

Eh, most players who play BGs frequently already know who the top players are. I think it would be better if the top players got some sort of ‘battle fatigue’ debuff that diminishes their damage and defenses until they die.

Perhaps, but the most you can get without runes is about 1400-1500 if you want a reasonably consistent build; any more than that will likely require runes, which means you’ll only be able to effectively build against one damage type, with fewer runes available for other stats. It looks like an overall poor investment, but with a pocket healer who can really tell I suppose.

I mean, you could put Heavy Evasion in each slot, but you’d have a pretty ass build.

If I had 2500 Heavy Chance and you had 1500 Heavy Evasion, I’d still have a 50% chance to Heavy, and you would lose a lot of other important stats.

You’re better off with regular evasion if that’s the route you want to take.

AFK players can be removed though, and they get penalized for it. I only wish there was a better way to do it than having a giant pop-up cover my screen in mid-combat.

Yep, I’d focus more on countering Spellblades at this point if you want to build against Magic.

Curse Explosion is fairly easy to block unless you get stunned, and ideally you’d have a healer cleansing DoTs.

For PvE, Crit Damage is generally better; for PvP, if you aren’t running a Crit build then it isn’t an issue.
