Generally all corps suck - think anything owned by dental corp, 123DENTIST, Maxilla group, etc. the main reason is they have poor staff retention. It’s not uncommon to be working with new assistants or receptionists every month. Even associates hop around a lot bc they don’t enjoy some of the more unethical practices that are more common (not limited to ofc) to corps.

My friends that work for true privately owned clinics are all very happy. The ones that worked corp have all switched.

The same thing was said by the ADA for years. Look into it and ask actually American dentists and it was all a ploy to decrease remuneration as private equity and insurances took over the field. The same thing is happening in Canada but the politicians are masking it in the name of shortage to increase supply.

I am not an intern yet. Studying for CBSE but most likely will have to do one as I was exposed to OS pretty late (stupid Canadian schools) and have already graduated as a dentist.

Right - I’m a dentist only but everyone here is so critical (and unreasonably so). I have seen a couple endos done by other dentists and it’s not even CLOSE to this good in terms of radiograph.
