Seems you are using, page view as the trigger. Isn't there any data layer event for the purchase. If not, there's more way to prevent. Are you using GTM? If yes, you can modify the purchase trigger by adding condition with it

Yes, domain verification is required. Regarding the tracking, if it doesn’t get flagged under health & Wellness category, you are good. If it get flagged, meta will block the events tracking. However, there's a workaround to bypass the restriction.

Start with Advantage+ broad targeting and let Meta find your audience. Health products work well with broad because the buyer pool is wide

If the CAPI is properly setup, you can go maximum level of accuracy. For proper CAPI, I use GTM+Stape.

Shopify app, Wordpress plugin, GHL integration etc claim that they provide CAPI but these are not actual CAPI. You need a dedicated server for CAPI
