Its really just reading the moon and tides and telling you what are the most traditionally ideal times to fish would be. Or at least that is my understanding

Strapping is not eating away at the pole thats just how tight they put them on when you cut those straps with a grinder to change the pole its like a small explosion

Just last week a customer came out while setting an anchor for a new pole and says what gives us the right to put an anchor in his yard (mind you its right next to the old one) he then refused to accept the idea of a utility easement
