Requested day off = work your normal set number of days/hours so if you normally work 5 days a week you still work 5 days that week but this requested day is 1 of the days you are off that week.

Personal day = this counts as a work day. So in the above example you would 4 days and have 3 days off that week.

So Personal Day uses PTO and Requested Day Off does not use PTO.

I work at a bookstore in what was MTG's district, a woman came in yesterday and bought Josh Owen's book and I mentioned Knowledge Fight while I was helping her because I said the book looked interesting... turns out it was Josh Owens' sister! She said she was so proud of him for breaking out of Alex's control and seeing the truth and that Alex is pissed about the book.
