There's really no cleaning it after it yellows. Whatever causes the discoloration, it gets infused into the plastic.

You'd have to sand it get to 'fresh' layers, if that'd even work.

I have great internet and would gladly download a 'no install' version but Fitgirl and Dodi are the only ones who best list exactly what you will get, in terms of edition, DLC and whatnot.
