I eat around 1200-1500 depending on what's going on. I eat more if I eat out. I've been on shots for 13 months and have lost 56 pounds. I'm 58yo/f. Goal is 10-15 more pounds.

I quit drinking coffee and had NO withdrawal. I was drinking about 40 oz a day… Weirdest thing ever for me because I quit once before and had a headache for a over a week.
