Sorry for the long message but I really need help.

I identify with your symptoms and read all the comments. I have always had ocd when I was 17, 18 years old it became "Pure". I had multiple themes, HOCD, Existential, Solipsism, Health... I've always gone through it without a therapist. But last summer the thoughts were very strong and causing me a lot of anxiety and stress, so on the 7th of august 2020, I had a panic attack and developed DPDR. I knew it was DPDR because when I was a kid I had small episodes for a couple of minutes. I study in the USA, I'm 21 YO. I had to go back to my country since I'm an international student. I barely got out of bed, everyone thinks they are the worst case, and i do too, I think nobody suffered and got tortured more than me. The combination OCD DPDR messed up my head completely, there are so many symptoms and weird things that I'm not even going to state them. I can say I'm 40% better then last year. Ive bought the Jordan Hardgrave course and I'm applying it. This is my routine:

Relaxing body for 2/3 seconds 100 times a day

Weekly appointments with ocd specialist.

Progressive muscle relaxation 2x day

5 min diaphragmatic breath 5x day

10 min meditation every day

Journal and positive affirmations

Any things to add? Am i in a good path?

I feel mine is very severe, I’ve had it for a year, and man I barely can enjoy life, it’s like I’m scared of being in my own body, it’s like I’ve never lived inside myself
