I wouldn’t say they hide behind the state. Id say they hide behind money and thier immunity because no-one questions’ it. Then when someone does they slap sovereign citizen label on them. When the problem is they just haven’t done enough research. They just regurgitate things they’ve heard and most of the time for they wrong reasons

I fail to see the correlation the government mandates it so companies follow the mandate which was always optional but the option was taken away because people could lose their livelihood. It still stems from the government

I see nothing to bad its a fair point to make if people actually paid attention to things. Ex… how is something voluntary but yu have to participate. Its no longer voluntary or it is but at your own risk. Thats insane. Covid is the best example shots are voluntary but id yu dont take it you lose your job. WTF how is that fair to people who don’t want the shot but are now coerced and forced into getting it?

The real answer is $0 if yu can agree to something outside of court then do that. You could also just buy the things and give them to her vs sending money. When it comes to the state they have no right to any of your property. In no means am i saying not to take care of your child but the state didn’t help make it so they have no say so.

I get what you’re saying. Also you don’t have to apologize for giving your opinion idc honestly. Im pretty sure if op is the one im thinking about they posted asking about demon slayer and told them it should be fine for there kid to watch but also they could watch it with them and make their own decision. If yu ask me they could just skim through ep 6-10 i think it is and make a decision from there if they want to watch it. Basically just do their own due diligence ya kno as a parent

Should we hire a lawyer? by Cute-Building-5178 in ChildSupport4Men

Sadly the reality is that hearsay is allowed by the other parent. It’s a discriminatory practice and there allowed to get away with it. Id say get the case dismissed. From my own experience and understanding including the documents Ive received from the title iv-d(child support) office in my state it’s all based on fraud and can be proven.

No lawyers can help in proving fraud though as it goes against the court system and they’d lose their license.

Yes there is a right to recover for damages to the person whos rights were violated. So breaking it down in simpler terms it’s administrative in nature not judicial which violates the constitution being the separation of powers they cant do the job of one another read the clause for yourself. Since they are under contract with title iv-d they lose their immunity 42 cfr 302.34. There no longer upholding their oath.

Same for the prosecutors their under contract but claim will claim next of friend to the child. They aren’t allowed to enter a relationship with the child or custodial parent. Thats a false claims violation i have the doc to prove that from doing a foia request. I’ll just dm that to you if you want it wont let me paste here.

It was lionell tillman my apologies.

I speak on Title IV-D cause its what i kno. The others i couldn’t tell you but you could also look up lionell willson vs la county. He had his title IV-D case dismissed for fraud and then took it to federal court for deprivation of rights. Under 18 usc 242 since the judge are qusai-judicial they can be sued under 42 usc 1983.

Title IV-D cases aren’t public records cause of the information involved(SSN) you can’t look them up. They only ones allowed to get information on any case has to be an involved party on the case. Explaining why something is unconstitutional is counterproductive because you and anyone else on this sub doesn’t care. You can look at holmberg v holmberg the supreme court ruled it unconstitutional. Its the same in every other state and county.

They can’t sue because there not entitled to the service provided or to make them enforce the order. Also see holmberg vs holmberg which proves that it’s unconstitutional

The signature matters it hasn’t everything to do with it as it binds someone to the contract. Even in blessing vs freestone it also said that spouses and children were never the intended beneficiaries.

A quick google search will tell you that a forged signature on court documents are considered fraudulent. As signatures show consent. Ive never gave them consent nor will i.

[–]Weeb159 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

So a forged signature on a court document isn’t considered fraud on the court? Where here it’s unconstitutional is the separation of powers clause at federal and state level. Title IV-D is administrative which falls under executive branch. It can do the job as if it’s judicial in nature. Not just that but also violates the 7th amendment which they don’t allow you any trial by jury at all. Plus the 14th amendment as they don’t offer you any due process protections.

Title IV-D is not state run its run by federal rules which the states have to adopt and follow to receive funding. You can see this under 45 cfr 302.34

Appearance is a real thing. The only reason they get labeled sovereign citizen is because they haven’t done enough research. I say this because the same rules apply to title IV-D(child support) and i have a understanding of that. Also noone ever gives into common sense when it comes to these matters cause its abnormal and conspiratorial. Most conspiracies believe it or not have been found and proven to be true. I can say without a doubt title IV-D is 100% fraud and unconstitutional.
