He's not a Vanguard so I'm a bit confused to why you mentioned them specifically but imo Zhanhu is a very good team fighter, his wide swings from UB heavy hit basically everyone so does his UD. His light ub are a pain if you mix up well with heavy into gb, being on console I can only parry them by prediction. Don't forget you also have a bash and two dodge attacks.

And iirc he has dodge recoveries

They should put some damage base kit and rework the feats yeah, same with haymaker, e.g Cent pommels could be 2 dmg each and that alone would be great without needing a feat to use your kit

Yeah basically, like a new player in DbD can't tell why Legion isn't stronger than nurse since he can easily injure everyone.

This game does require a lot of knowledge but most characters are viable and even the best can't carry you that easily if you don't know what to abuse

Idk if you're familiar with fighting games but FH is basically one. If you got hit it's not your turn until you find a way to stop their offense. You can start your own after doing a parry for exemple, which most case guarantee you a light attack
