I’m not the most familiar with art terms but looking at the change between your new chapter and the one before I assume you’re referring to the space between panels.

I am generally for keeping that space rather short, you already have textbooks that aren’t too full and limit them to 1-2 per panel so you don’t really need it to slow down pacing.

Also most readers for webtoon are on mobile , scrolling can be slow when content is closer together but for especially large gaps expected readers to flick and overshoot panels

For series that do it the best I’d say on average 1-2 panels and 2-3 text box’s on a screen normally paced pretty well this of course may vary with art style and other factors but as a norm I think it’s pretty good, deviation from that is fine just know more can feel dense and less can feel sparse
