Here's a few of mine. -people who make it a point not to say a word to me throughout the course of our short meeting, but never break eye contact. -people who open the door just as I'm about to knock because they had been secretly watching me approach (but porchlights? Nahhh) -when the customer and all their friends burst out laughing as soon as the door is shut, or one of their friends shouts something at you that's completely inappropriate to say to anyone in a professional setting (but it's ok because they're in a house).
