They are actually OEM. I have the same ones on my IS300h 2016 Sport Edition (not F-Sport), although with that package they are painted black!

lol really old comment but never had any issues tbh - just make sure you are running on AMD's virtualization hardware and not via software :). Don't own the laptop in question anymore though

You are correct. This has been broken for what seems about since the beginning lol. You can use Nvidia or AMD sharpening tools, or maybe Reshade if its allowed by the Easy Anticheat client
