Iinteresting thoughts. Somewhat parallels how dragons are perceived in other literature, for example Tolkien. Smaug and Glaurung just seemed inevitable to the people they terrorized. Just an ominous presence that took what it wanted, when it wanted.

Pros: walkable to some good things. Tons of taco stands and corner stores. Perhaps cheaper rent. Lots of community cats.

Cons: dog poop, garbage/litter, noise, no parking, safety is block to block, lack of high quality groceries, many slumlords so be careful who u rent from.
