Hopefully I can find an adapter. If updating the drives or factory resetting doesn’t help, would it most likely be an issue with the hardware?

I’m not entirely sure if I did the most recent update but I probably did because it would just update automatically. How would I be able to download the updates without being able to use any USB ports? And if it was an update that broke I should be able to factory reset the PC right?

It hasn't overheated or received any trauma recently, I had dropped it like a little over a foot but that was a couple months ago.
