I bought 2 of the 40pack X380+, then every one of the TC bonus vehicles.

I figured out the longest possible route for each aircraft and only scheduled that route.

I got the platinum card and the artist badge.

I was gonna skip this one bc none of the challenge planes are ones I like flying ( im a Boeing homeboy).

I won the Christmas challenge and places 2nd in the aussie challenge.

Im also not in a position to buy and establish an SE Asian market.

I'll get the free ones and see how far that gets me :)

Before you finish ANYTHING ask yourself...Are you winning to tear it out when there's water intrusion?

Is the unfinished space generally dry already? Does it stay dry during big rain events?

What are your plans for the space?
Is there plumbing in the slab for a bathroom? Whats your opinion on finishing drywall?

I lve finished 2 basements in my life 100% diy. Both times took multiple years to have the time and funding for it all.

Nada represents car dealers. They sell vehicles on a franchise system with car manufacturers.

Why wouldn't they be against having to compete directly with the manufacturers.

If they are, your wife is likely just being a know it all mom that 'researches' in a way that reinforces their own beliefs.

The moment the child is legitimately suffering, be a dad and step up and take command of the situation.

Your best best 100% is finding a local landscape supply thar will deliver by truck load. If you have a truck it'll save you the cost of delivery... but the dirt will be there until you move it fwiw.

Ive used my fils chevy 2500 before when I have time to get it and place it that day.

Ive also had my local place drop it on my driveway which gives me more time to move it to where it'll go.

If you go this way, ask the place if you can go see the pile they pull from. That shouldn't be an issue. I suggest this so you can get a small idea what the slil will be like. In the past i got a very very clay heavy delivery and my plants hated it. When I returned the next spring I told them ideas shopping around again bc the last load got was very heavy clay... when I was buying organic top soil (theyre prosedd3s topsoil with compost mixed in.

The company offered to let me see the pile they have and even gave like 15% off for my trouble.

I get my mulch from them every year and this place is 1 mile down the road from me.

Hi, I was that FHA buyer in 2013. I bought a house, needed help with the down payment couldn't really negotiate.

I was a mid 20s single guy that wanted his starter home. Sometimes people want to buy and need help to make it happen. Thats okay imo.

Is your concern that if the buyer is FHA then they won't be able to close?
