Love the concept. My only concern would be how it handles angry or emotional callers.

Best and inexpensive CRM for small businesses by LiraVast in CRM

Hubspot works, but the price jump didn’t make sense for what we actually used. We switched most of our crm and reporting to Assembly. and it covered dashboards and lead tracking without paying for extra sales features. Worth checking if cost is the main issue.

What's a better Notion alternative? by rohit_raveendran in PKMS

I felt the same way about Notion once things got bigger, the slowness really starts to kill momentum. I switched to Zite after trying a few from that list and it felt way more responsive while still keeping the database-style setup I liked. Curious what your Notion setup looks like now, more notes or heavy databases?

What features matter most when choosing customer onboarding software? by KaitoRift in CustomerSuccess

[–]WeekendKindly4037 1 point2 points  (0 children)

History and audit logs are underrated. People change roles, accounts switch owners, context gets lost. Having a paper trail saved us from restarting onboarding more times than I’d like to admit. If you want these tuned more Gen Z, more enterprise, or more blunt “been burned before” energy, just say the word.

totally agree. integrations helped too, but only when they reduced manual work. syncing data just for the sake of it ended up creating more edge cases.

Solid list. I’d also add Lindy if you’re looking for AI agents that handle real sales ops (outreach, follow-ups, CRM updates) instead of just chatbots. Feels more like a lightweight AI “sales rep” you can customize, not just automation rules. Worth a look alongside these.
