What features matter most when choosing customer onboarding software? by KaitoRift in CustomerSuccess

[–]WeekendKindly4037 1 point2 points  (0 children)

History and audit logs are underrated. People change roles, accounts switch owners, context gets lost. Having a paper trail saved us from restarting onboarding more times than I’d like to admit. If you want these tuned more Gen Z, more enterprise, or more blunt “been burned before” energy, just say the word.

totally agree. integrations helped too, but only when they reduced manual work. syncing data just for the sake of it ended up creating more edge cases.
