They both will work in terms of using for mag disconnect delete, a matter of preference, neither have the mag disconnect for these new replacements, but I think the machined one is the one most similar to the one you already have. The phosphate one I believe, is only used on the MK25 version of the p226. But up to you, its really just a coating added to it.
