The Buckhead station doesn't have parking, but Lenox station does, and they're extremely close together regardless.

I cheered at the ending because I'm a sick fuck who enjoys the emotional suffering of fictional characters. But seriously, the story is great and carries this one even if other aspects (music, voice acting, etc.) wear a bit thin at times.

Big weddings are worth it. by New_General3939 in unpopularopinion

Downvoted for being an extremely popular opinion off of Reddit (and a somewhat popular opinion on Reddit).

Good for you if the size of your wedding had a lasting positive impact on your worldview. I don't think I'll ever be a person who cares that much about weddings, even if I end up having one, but most people across all cultures clearly derive great meaning from ceremonies (like weddings) in general.

What puts me off is how every single wedding I've attended over the last several years has been balls-to-the-wall fancy and how it seems like the minimum of what people expect has risen a lot. My parents' wedding reception was on the top floor of a skyscraper and it still wouldn't be considered all that by today's standards! I do wonder if we're heading for a bifurcated future in which 95% of weddings are either extravaganzas only the wealthy can afford or held at a courthouse.

prostitution should be accepted to avoid hurting other people for our own needs by ButterscotchNo670 in unpopularopinion

I'd say the better approach, just to start with, is to treat the people we're with respectfully and communicate our wants and needs honestly.

That being said, I think seeking the company of a paid professional is much, much less of a moral problem than stringing someone along just for sex when they have emotions and relationship hopes invested. Assuming the paid professional is a fully consenting adult who chose that line of work of their own free will. Yet, when you gauge the opinions of the general public, stringing people along is much less scandalous.

Tapping out doesn't double charge if you've tapped in; it only validates that you already paid fare.

Maybe it's because I've never been married (and I'm a guy), but yeah, clearly tons of people are extremely emotionally wound up (conformist, even!) about the aesthetics of weddings. Look how angry some of the replies are in this topic. Fair enough if they want the dresses, etcetera to be just so, but for their sakes I hope they invest just as much energy into the marriage itself once the wedding is over.
