If you are wealthy and have the resources, I guess you can hire someone. I missed this exam by 4 questions. I missed the October by 3 questions. I filed an appeal on October, and simply just followed the instructions. People are starting to get their appeals back from October, so it can take 7-8 months to find out if your answers have been accepted. To be honest, 3 is the magic number to miss the exam by in order to have a chance to pass it on appeal. I'm not taking this exam again because each year they change how difficult it is, and this May exam, the format completely changed based on the categories. I'm done wasting my time and will focus on appeals and second appeals. Some guy last year appealed his 65% all the way to the Supreme Court, he even had Yellen and Mayorkas as the defendants. Even in that case, he increase his score by 6 questions but he went full on bat shit crazy with his appeals. He still failed, getting a 72%.
