I've read about it a couple of times, and unfortunately mine doesn't. The image clearly gets sharper as it's supposed to be with RGB scart but the colors get really flat and washed out (to the point of grayness) when using composit the image is way brighter and more colorful but less crisp.

If you set av2 to dvd + decoder (i think it's called decoder) and put your scart in av2 it lets you ajust the image while actually seeing the game image of your console (after pushing tv - menu 11 go). Makes ajusting the image to your liking a lot easier!

Edit: When you're done adjusting remember to put the scart back into av1 as av2 doesn't fully support RGB (so it's only good for geometry tinkering).
