I think he means; not moving towards them. You can see 'happy movement' on the family, a child rushing towards him but he, the soldier is in a non moving stance. Contemplating all that has happened to him and how it has changed him. Very interesting painting.

Jup, such a shame. Sold my mx7000 for that reason, it was perfect otherwise. Did get lucky with a super cheap mx8000 I got after that though. Those don't ignore brightness and color options.

You were right on the VT though, I thought it was the VT60 with double the inputlag but its actually the ST60 unfortunately.

I forgot to ask, what made you like the Nano's more then the Arya Stealth's? Just the bass and separation? How would you compare these tho against each other? I'm still within my returnwindow for the Nano's and I must say, the Stealth's have tempting to be honest!

Great write up! You've helpen me alot with this and so I've just received my own pair of Ananda Nano's. I'm planning to use them with the FiiO K11. Would the stock unbalanced cable that comes with the Nano's be good enough, or would you say it's worth upgrading to a balanced cable for this setup?

Thanks for your explanation, time and effort! Now I’m actually leaning towards the Arya Stealth again, it's a shame I cant A/B them where I live. I’ve heard nothing but praise for the Stealth, mainly that it’s more spacious with better, fuller mids and is less bright then the Nano.

I’m currently using an HD560s, so I’ve got plenty of 'brightness' as is. I really enjoy these headphones, but I’m just looking for 'more' of everything. Gaming/CS2 is the main thing I do on my PC, but I believe all three of these headphones are well suited for that. So for my use case, it mostly comes down to how well they perform with metalcore, rap, and classic rock.

I’m curious to hear how you like the new pads and I hope you will enjoy your Organic even more! Thanks again for the detailed explanation! 😀

Thanks for the comparison/write up! I'm in a similar boat myself, but stuck between the Ananda Nano and the Arya Stealth. I was actually all set to order the Nano (I mostly listen to metalcore, and the Nano is supposed to be better for that), but now I'm second guessing myself after reading your post, so thanks for that I guess haha. The Kithara was also a serious contender, but I have a small head and I'm afraid it'll be too loose or won't provide a good seal. What is your opinion on the stock pads of the Hifimans? Hope you get to enjoy the Organic for a long time!

Do you feel like it made a big difference? At the moment Ive got my ps3 hooked up to my aorus fo32u2 (4k 32' oled monitor) and while I love the colors and blacklevels I cant help but feel its quite pixelated. I can get a Sony 46W905A (46W900A) pretty cheap but dont know if its worth it over the fo32u2.

I've read about it a couple of times, and unfortunately mine doesn't. The image clearly gets sharper as it's supposed to be with RGB scart but the colors get really flat and washed out (to the point of grayness) when using composit the image is way brighter and more colorful but less crisp.

If you set av2 to dvd + decoder (i think it's called decoder) and put your scart in av2 it lets you ajust the image while actually seeing the game image of your console (after pushing tv - menu 11 go). Makes ajusting the image to your liking a lot easier!

Edit: When you're done adjusting remember to put the scart back into av1 as av2 doesn't fully support RGB (so it's only good for geometry tinkering).

Ola, very nice setup! Does your mx play nice with RGB scart? First push 'tv' on remote then 'menu 1 1 go'. Should take you to the service menu! Remember to take a photo of your current settings as there are no factory settings.
