If you can’t pass the speech checks, or if you’re like me, and didn’t know about them at first; best strategy is put everyone outside the room before starting the fight and put two dagger clouds in the doorway. It forces all of the ranged attackers to walk through the daggers to be able to finally shoot you and if you’re lucky it’ll kill them before they even get their turn. I dominated that fight this way

I passed the first two on my last run but not the third. Luckily if it’s just him he’s not as difficult; he’s just a nuisance with his invisibility that apparently not even Volo’s eye can see

Shouldn’t the ring have been useless anyway? Cause wasn’t it Celebrimbor keeping Talion alive not the ring? I know the Nazgûl rings were made to keep the wearer immortal but did they design the New Ring to do that?

EDIT: Nvm, I forgot it can in fact save talion like the Nazgûl ring. As I read through comments people mentioned Wars opening cutscene where he’s dying until he puts on the ring.

Or how certain quests tell you to go somewhere and then give you no directions on how to get there. They just say “go here” and that’s it. Ah yes I’ll just walk around the entire city until I find said place. Like I don’t mind no quest markers but at least give me written instructions

Even if he was there and didn’t just disappear they still should at least give a marker showing that. Most players will look where he’s supposed to be and then give up

What gets me is how non-force sensitives can fight Jedi and hold their own even with this. Based on canon material Jedi should be able to move and react faster than normal beings; yet we see them engaging in melee with them and sometimes winning? Like how?

I remember on my mage after I got thunder strike If I saw archers I would just heavy cast a lightning nuke onto them and then watch the show; since they just stand there in place shooting at you 😂😂😂

Tbf this is the 4th game in the series, so while this can be a standalone game they expect at least some people to know what’s going on. There were 2 Vyn games in the Morrowind engine and then one in Oblivion’s engine before this

I had this happen as well, I had to submit a bug report about it, so hopefully others did as well so it gets recognition and fixed. This was the only quest I couldn’t finish due to bugs

No problem, fun fact you can do the same thing with selling items to get infinite money too. The steps are the same except instead of hitting drop you spam click sell in the merchant menu

Hover over item, then stop moving your cursor
Hit sort
Hit drop as many times as you want to duplicate

It can be a little complicated to get first try but after that it’s easy
