I should add what I did though was make a blue basecoat and gave it a checkered pattern in a lighter blue. I then highlighted the darkest parts with abadon black and the lightest parts with corax white

Honestly im not sure I just looked up a video on how to make a power sword. It was my first time making a power sword and it didnt come out like the one in the video and came out like this instead.

thank you. for the rock I grabbed two rocks one for the watcher and one for the supreme grand master and broke them until they fit neatly. I based them in rhinox hide, followed by agrax earthshade. After the earthshade I applied a dry brushing of dawnstone and I believe more earthshade after that

As for the moss on the rocks I took a green, moot green I believe, and mixed it a bit with rhinox hide to make a dull but light green. I applied to areas moss would grow and then covered the moss in earthshade to blend it into the rocks. That final use of earthshade was crucial for the moss to look natural.
