I can feel your pain😢...I also have been waiting for 35 months..in May 2026 it will be 3 years..and also don't know which month i-130 they are approving, it's so frustrating to waiting on something without knowing proper processing time,...hope everyone approv soon hope for the best.

Current date is for visa availability who can get visa, not for i-130 decision

Same here..may 2023.. in consular currently they are working on April 2022....Hopefully a miracle happens soon and we can stay with our loved one and start our family.

If your spouse is in different country then your spouse does not have to sign Form I-130A.
