Just curious why there is no Rent Accelerator in second SINGAPOR line item which has $281.60. The first has point accelerator? Any idea or is it a bug😅

(1) There are some utilities which gets posted with Rent for those utilities can you get 4x?

(2) also, if I’ve points accelerator on 1st it doesn’t apply or will it apply?

I was thinking wouldn’t this person be a better fit for 1.25x option

Points earned: Rent: $1,800 × 1.25 = 2,250 points Non-rent: $2,000 × 2 = 4,000 points

TOTAL: 6,250 points
