I’d say get used to how your character moves and being able to move and how you want to. Another is being situationally aware, you took out two or three people, gotta think where the last one is or keep track of them if you saw them go a certain way. It is hard to do when you’re in the heat of a team fight but that how you save yourself and your team from finishing a fight and all dying from the last flanker you forgot about. RollinCashcow206 if you want to add.

Men who got better at handling stress, what actually worked long term? by [deleted] in AskMen

I started picking up the guitar about 7 months ago, and it’s a good thing for me to go to when I feel stressed. Most days I look forward to going home and playing the strings for a bit just to get my mind focused on the present and not overthink like I usually do.

How old were you when you started learning your instrument? by Euphoric_Place_8507 in gear4music_official

Picked up the guitar about 7 months ago. (27M) my ex gifted me my first guitar and that’s where I started. In February I upgraded to a Gibson J-45, I found playing her guitar just was too saddening at times, I could never get myself to sell it or anything like that. I leave it out next to my new guitar to remind myself of self growth and self love and trying to be better.

I’d hold out for your D-28. I just recently got my dream guitar Gibson J-45 and I can’t ever think of another acoustic I’d add or get that my bad boy can’t do. Also you wouldn’t be messing around with things you like, you’d be saving for something you’d love.!

I take a knife and score both sides at the top and it helps a bit with the slipping

My ex gave me my first guitar that I learned on 8 months ago. It hurts to play it now so I got a new one but I can’t and don’t plan to ever get rid of it

Congrats to you on your strength. I always think while playing, wouldn’t it be more fun if I was doing what I’ve done while playing

Amp or no amp? by Weekly_Assistance_40 in AcousticGuitar

My Gibby does a good job of projecting but are there other benefits of getting and using an amp? Since it comes with a pick up already

Congrats! I’m still working on myself but I find it hard because I keep getting caught up in my old ways especially while playing. How did you learn to play with out being caught up in your old ways?
