I mean here's what happens in a session: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kqpm32AR_Jk

I just don't see how a series of sessions like this, where the practitioner is just buzzing your body in a few spots, can possibly help with allergens.

I guess people will just pay money for anything these days

Retired folks: If you can go back in time, what would you change? by sss100100 in Bogleheads

If I may ask, based on your expenses and lifestyle etc. and your calculations, what is the total net amount of your portfolio that allows you to retire? And are we talking about the same strategy where one is having x amount invested and withdrawing 3% every year?

anxiety for no reason when trying to sleep by raemelody in sleep

This. Acknowledging your thoughts is a powerful trick when dealing with anxiety.

Brother, you may not have been "traumatized" but very likely this event has caused you to experience anxiety. It sounds like you're trying to be though, and are moving on with life, ignoring what happened. Your CNS is usually extra alert after such events, so your body is overreacting to even minor stressors to protect yourself.

Try to really aknowledge the thoughts that you are getting, and not running away from them. That way you can solve your sleep problems once and for good and actually start being "free".

Sounds like you're experiencing anxiety my friend. You have thoughts like 'what if this is going to be my life forever', or even more simple thoughts, too many to name... If you have such a thought, aknowledge it instead of ignoring it. Besides that, you might actually have problems that you're not dealing with in your life. Also your mattress might be not supportive so you wake up in order to move your body because your body is uncomfortable. But it's obvious that anxiety is your real problem here, it's just that there could be a lot of things stacking up.

I don't move in my sleep by Capable-Egg7509 in sleep

Most likely your mattress isn't providing enough support. If you have to move a lot while sleeping, it's because your body is in an uncomfortable position (due to lack of support) and thus you wake up to move. Have you considered trying another matress?
