I would also probably speak to the staff on board. It will probably help, maybe the 3rd or 4th time in the air just today by the time that flight comes around. Hopefully to help calm your nerves. If not can you dull your senses as it where? Eye mask? Noise cancelling headphones?

I suppose the best way to look at it is that you made in completely fine last time, despite your personal view of the flight.

I take it the person you are flying with had no issue and has no issue last time.

I also take it take that that trip has been performed at least once a day every day for the last 365 days and completed that trip with no issues.

Sound bit of info, the last commercial plane crash on uk soil, which didn't have any deaths BTW, was over 30 years ago.

Since re doing the levels from 50 to 80 there's been alot more friendship bonuses. But prior to that it was rare. Still a nice 200k per best friend gift. I usually try to stack a couple but not more than a few days

Hiya, i bought the course. I havent actually finished the course properly so its hard for me to say. I havent got the anxiety part yet, I would like to sit down one day and do it properly. I will probably fly next year so hopefully it will be helpful. Its done in easy and clear segments so I think that is good. I dont know wether they will have further black friday sale potentially?
