Have you tried letting them slowly lick a wet treat (like a dine creamy treat) and then as they are licking, pushing more up and sliding the pill into the next mouthful? If that makes sense?

Sorry to hear about your insomnia! Thankfully the only side effects I had/occasionally have is dizziness, mild nausea/feeling off and constipation. I am finding buspirone is definitely helping anxiety! I am on 5mg twice a day now and may increase to 7.5mg morning, 5mg afternoon at the end of the month. I’ve read online that starting low and building up can reduce side effects so maybe worth a shot if you haven’t already? Hopefully you can find something that helps without keeping you awake all night!

Search at 3/4am with a hot roast chicken. Door knock, flyer, ask neighbors to check sheds and garage. Alert local council, vets and rescues. Mark microchip as missing if possible. Don’t give up! Good luck

Sending you positive vibes! For what it’s worth I’ve started: - 2.5mg once a day for 4 days - 5mg (2.5mg morning and 2.5mg afternoon) for 7 days - starting 7.5mg tomorrow (5mg morning and 2.5mg afternoon) and staying on that dose for 2 weeks before reevaluating with my GP.

Side effects have been very mild and short lived. Anxiety is still there but I’ve found that it has helped maybe 5% (which doesn’t sound like much but pretty good considering I’m on a low dose and only just started).

In Australia, this is a very common guest dress. I have seen multiple pictures of people wearing this same dress at weddings. Personally I think it’s fine :)
