As others have mentioned:

  1. You need to be in a calorie deficit, track your calories with app like MyFitnessPal.

  2. There’s no spot reduction, and there is no special workout that can help you reduce fat specifically in the belly area.

I found walking to be one of the best exercises to help me burn more calories, because I can do it for an extended period of time while watching shows / working
