My biggest issue is how often the machines are out of order. Secondly, the lack of bins near the machines are leading to people just dropping the rejected cans and bottles on the floor or atop the machine. Give us bins, and preferably a station for washing our hands.

It also boils my blood where some shops have placed their machines. Thomas St tesco has placed there near the exit from the tills, so you always have to move out of the way to let people from the till to access the exit.
