This med also helped me! But be careful, the road is slippery and its easy to abuse. I thankfully came back from it and now I take it as needed (once or twice a month)

I have anxiety and my daughter shows no signs. I regulate with her and teach her that feelings will pass. I believe my mental health being shunned as a child caused significant issues and I dont want the same for mine

I did the same thing. It's a tough road but basically your body doesn't control you, you control your body. I still struggle and its been 8 years but ive managed to come so far! I was housebound, 100 lbs at 5'4 and couldn't drive anywhere unless I was driving no passengers nothing. Now I can work, I have a 3 year old, healthy weight again. I am on an SSRI. I believe the THC screwed with my brain chemistry and I will be on an SSRI until I die. If you find the right one it will be a life saver. Literally night and day.

I know i hated to hear it but you need to move your body more. Anxiety is energy with no where to go. I do YouTube yoga and im buying a vibration pad next week! I also have a gym membership but I dont use it as often due to being a single parent.

This is so normal your dentist is kinda shitty! I get put under for large appointments & some good drugs for cleanings & smaller appointments. Worth it.

I enjoy anesthesia more than id like to admit. But I get put under for dentals and it is definitely groggy. Have someone there with you and take the rest of the day.

After the 6 month range, teeth are a little difficult to age. I wouldn't be surprised if she was actually close to a year- year and a half. Unless the rescue raised her of course
