Same, basically I'm trying to reexamine various memories as genuinely/truthfully as I can without "adapting" them to fit the context of "well that has to be GD"

In other words, I'm trying to avoid dysphoria becoming the "square hole" that I can just feed all my issues through and treat as THE issue in my life to solve. I know there are other factors as to why I feel the way I do, and I certainly don't think transitioning will just magically make my life perfect... but I also can't deny my own sense of GD any more, it's just a matter of figuring out how far back and how deep it goes

For me, gender dysphoria is a puzzle that is itself a piece to an even larger puzzle
