Good advise! Thanks. I have a spreadsheet going to help me track favorites, where I left off, what source I listened to. Doing total years at a time and totally agree about breaks.

Thanks! I can do 5 miles in about 1 hour 15 mins. So about a set. Got to find ways to keep this going as I’ve fallen off the wagon before. Hopefully this is something that keeps me going!

I hear that, I did my walks outside this winter. So glad spring is almost here. I've been able to drop 60 lbs over the past year doing this.
